What to expect

Upon completing onboarding, you will step into a pivotal role where you will lead and oversee strategic data & AI projects for our clients. As a senior member of our team, you will operate within a dynamic and collaborative environment, working alongside data scientists, data engineers, and marketers in hybrid teams. Additionally, you will be assigned a dedicated Career Advisor from our Leadership team who will provide personalized mentorship and guidance to further elevate your career trajectory.

Your mission

As a Data & AI Project Manager, your mission is to lead and drive the successful execution of data projects by defining project scope, and establishing clear milestone plans with measurable objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will assemble and lead a talented project team with diverse skill sets, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations. Managing stakeholders will be a crucial responsibility. Additionally, you will craft detailed business plans to articulate each project's strategic rationale and anticipated ROI.

• Master Degree or equivalent in engineering, quantitative science, IT (also marketing)
• curious, open-minded, eager to learn and figure things out, and OK with being proven wrong
• Customer and results orientated
• European work permit required
